The Clamart station project is part of the Grand Paris Express station
With the arrival of the new metro line, the new district will offer a good living environment that will benefit both future residents and users of the new station.
Located at the crossroads of four municipalities (Clamart, Issy-les-Moulineaux, Malakoff, and Vanves), the Grand Paris station in Clamart will be one of the first stations to be commissioned on the Grand Paris Express line 15 south. This 33km line will include 16 stations, 15 of which will be connected to the metro, RER or tramway. The city is taking advantage of the arrival of line 15 to give impetus to this more dynamic, user-friendly, safe and practical district.
The Station district will progress according to the progress of the Grand Paris station, in view of the interfaces that the displacement imposes. The programme will consist of :
- 200 housing units for sale
- 80 social housing units
- 200 public parking spaces
- 2,000 m² of shops
- 600 m² of activities
- 100 hotel rooms
- A crèche, a school
