Developed within the Delta 3 logistics site, this building will benefit from :
- a motorway interchange dedicated to the site via the A1/E17 ;
- a connection to the Haute Deûle canal providing the Dunkirk/Valencienne link;
- 2 rail connections (the main one on the Lens-Ostricourt track)

DOUVRIN DC 4 has a total surface area of 26,130 m². It includes 4 cells of approximately 6,000 m² for storage, 1 office/social premises block, 6 ground-level accesses and a guardhouse.
BULLY-LES-MINES (62) : Cross-dock courier or logistics building of 4,700 m² or 9,000 m² located in the new logistics park. V.PARK consists of 2 logistics buildings and 1 cross-dock messaging facility covering 61,000 m². Located on the A21 motorway frontage and near the middle of the A26. The buildings offer good visibility and a strategic position on the main North-South European axis. BREEAM or HQE certification sought.
HENIN BEAUMONT (62) : Class A logistics platform to be built of 82,000 m² extendable to 100,000 m². 13 cells of 6,000 m². PC and ICPE in progress. BREEAM Pass certification.
