EOL completes transaction near Roissy for international logistics provider

EOL - a specialist in industrial and logistics real estate - has just completed a transaction near Roissy on behalf of an international logistics provider. This transaction was carried out on a building owned by GLP, one of the largest investors, developers and managers of logistics parks and distribution centres in the world. The transaction concerns a 14,000 sqm warehouse, one of the last buildings available on the Northern IDF market.

Strategically located, the building, which was partly renovated by the landlord (GLP), is equipped with LED lighting and has been LED lighting and has undergone a complete overhaul of the roof waterproofing.It meets the "Breeam in-Use Good" certification.
