EOL successfully assisted ARGAN with the acquisition of a new Class A logistics warehouse located in Barentin in the Seine-Maritime department (76).

This asset was developed on a turnkey basis for a leading player in the agri-food sector. The company has made a long-term commitment by signing a 10-year fixed-term lease, thereby ensuring a high level of security for rental income. With a total surface area of 19,754 m², this state-of-the-art logistics warehouse meets the highest market standards in terms of technical and environmental performance.
Located near Rouen, this premium site offers excellent accessibility and a key geographical location for regional and national freight flows.
