EOL supports a leading French logistics company in a double lease takeover in the Île-de-France region
EOL continues to support major players in the logistics sector in the Île-de-France region, advising a leading French contract logistics provider on the lease of two strategic logistics centres located south of Paris.
This major transaction involves two logistics assets ideally situated within hubs renowned for their attractiveness and connectivity:
- Paris Sud VI – Combs-la-Ville (77): a 48,811 m² logistics hub, situated at the heart of the PARISUD ZAC, one of the region’s main logistics hubs, with direct access to the A5 motorway and the Francilienne (N104).
- Bondoufle – Le Plessis-Pâté (91): a 16,393 m² site, situated in the La Tremblaie ZAC, in the immediate vicinity of the A6 motorway and the N104, offering excellent accessibility for regional and national freight flows.
This dual location enables the tenant to significantly strengthen its logistics network in the Île-de-France region, within a particularly dynamic and competitive market environment.
The transaction was led by Clément ISSALY, Director of Development, and Jean-François Mounic, Deputy Managing Director, demonstrating EOL’s ability to support its clients on complex and strategic property projects.
This transaction once again confirms EOL’s expertise in advising users and investors, particularly on large-scale logistics assets, within the most sought-after areas of the Île-de-France market.
