Joker Log leases 50% of the S-One logistics platform in Tigery
On behalf of Encore+, LaSalle Investment Management has just leased 17,780 sqm of the S-One platform in Tigery (Sénart, Essonne) to Joker Log, a storage and packaging company. This represents two of the four cells making up this recently delivered platform . Joker Log has entered into a nine-year firm lease which will take effect on1 November 2020.
S-One is located in the heart of the Sénart logistics hub, in the Parc des Vergers 2. It offers 35,554 sqm of storage space with offices and support facilities. Developed by JMG Partners, the platform is aiming for Breeam Very Good certification, in particular due to the implementation of distinctive features such as 100% LED lighting, rainwater recycling and the installation of charging stations for electric vehicles.
