Logicor signs two leases with Richardson and XPO Logistics
Logicor, a provider of logistics real estate solutions in Europe, has announced the signing of two leases: with Richardson, which specialises in the distribution of heating, air-conditioning, bathroom, plumbing and plastics equipment, and with logistics provider XPO Logistics.
The first signature concerns a long-term lease for a 32,500 sqm logistics platform in the town of Reventin-Vaugris, in the Isère department. As part of the reorganisation of its logistics flows, Richardson will take possession of the premises on1 April 2021. The Class A building, consisting of five cells over a height of 10m, had been occupied by Easydis since 2006. It can accommodate a wide range of products. The signing was carried out with the assistance of CBRE and EOL.
The second transaction was the signing of an exemption lease for a 30,000sqm logistics platform in the Saint-Martin-de-Crau logistics zone in the Bouches-du-Rhône, located near the A54 motorway. This Class A building, which also has five cells, has been occupied since1 January 2021 by the logistics company XPO Logistics. It provides storage services for a large DIY chain for which Logicor also rents another building with an equivalent surface area in the area.

As a reminder, in France, Logicor owns and manages 2.4 millionsqm, including 460,000sqm in the South-East region.
