AOSOM.fr signs a 3rd transaction with EOL, for an area of 21,500 sqm in Centre-Val de Loire
After taking on the lease of a 6,000 sqm. area in the Hauts-de-France region, then 11,500 sqm in Droue-sur-Drouette in the Centre-Val de Loire region, EOL has signed a third agreement with Aosom.fr - MH France in the space of just five months.
In order to respond as quickly as possible to the explosion of its online sales, Aosom.fr - MH France, a furniture and home furnishings company listed on the main marketplaces, is strengthening its foothold in the Centre-Val de Loire region, with the rental of a new 21,500 sqm logistics platform in Mer (41).
The French subsidiary of Aosom E-Commerce, listed on the stock exchange has seen its results in France increase by 110% in 2020. Judging by the order curve since the beginning of the year, this exponential increase should continue in 2021.
"The relationship of trust that we have built up with the EOL logistics team has enabled us to quickly find athird storage solution. Despite a difficult context and the inflation of the costs of maritime transport and containers, we have the capacity to satisfy all our orders in the shortest possible time", says a delighted Emmanuel Bénichou, CEO Aosom.fr - MH France.
This new logistics platform will allow Aosom.fr to gain in flexibility and productivity without being impacted by the depletion of certain products such as swimming pools or spas due to the boom in global e-commerce. In total, the French subsidiary benefits from a cumulative storage area of 40,000 sqm in France.

This new logistics platform is located near the most influential e-commerce marketplaces. Aosom.fr - MH France is thus assured of being able to deliver to its customers the day after they place their order.
The first containers are expected to arrive in Mer on 9 March.
