Aosom-MH France confirms its growth and increases its presence in the Centre-Val de Loire region

Aosom-MH France, an e-commerce company specialising in furniture and home furnishings, and EOL, a major player in logistics real estate, have completed a new transaction with the lease of a 46,500 sq.m. logistics space in Artenay (45).

After Droue-sur-Drouette (28) in November 2020 and Mer (41) in March 2021, for 11,500 sqm and 21,500 sqm respectively, the French subsidiary of Aosom e-commerce is moving to Artenay (45).
This new logistics platform, delivered last May, represents the third transaction between Aosom-MH France and EOL in less than a year. The total surface area currently operated by Aosom-MH France in the Centre-Val de Loire region is currently around 80,000 sqm.

Located in the immediate vicinity of the A10 motorway, this latest generation Class A building has a total surface area of 46,500 sqm, including 3 cells of 12,000 sqm.

Emmanuel Bénichou, General Manager-CEO of Aosom-MH France, is delighted with this new location: "The Artenay site reinforces our strategy of locating our logistics in the Centre-Val de Loire region. This third location is designed to absorb the company's very strong growth at the end of 2021 and in 2022 and should enable the creation of around one hundred jobs. We are thus continuing our regional presence and becoming an important partner in regional economic development.

Arnaud Veto, logistics consultant for the Centre-Val de Loire, emphasises: "This new signature strengthens the relationship of trust that Aosom-MH France has with EOL. We were able to meet the almost immediate needs of a new area of approximately 50,000 sqm in the region dedicated to the company's logistics operations.

"The support of EOL is very important for Aosom in our logistic development.
The reactivity of the teams has enabled us to respond to major needs in a very short timeframe, allowing us to support our strong 3-digit growth", concludes Emmanuel Bénichou.

This transaction is the second largest in the region for the first three quarters of 2021.
