Somaudex rents a 2,404 sqm warehouse in the Val-de-Marne

As part of its development, Somaudex has signed a nine-year lease for a 2,404 sqm refrigerated warehouse located in Thiais, in the Val-de-Marne. This warehouse includes positive cold rooms and a negative cold room. It also includes a box storage room, a technical room, support offices and social rooms to be fitted out on the mezzanine.
The site also has a manoeuvring area and 19 outdoor car parks.
