EOL is the first player in the sector to obtain the

EOL -1st player in logistics and industrial real estate to obtain the "Service France Garanti" certification

Thanks to its know-how in the development of industrial and logistic projects, its knowledge of the market in each of the French regions, EOL is able to accompany companies in their industrial project and thus accelerate the reindustrialisation of our economy.

EOL has put in place a strategy to encourage reindustrialisation:
  • Support for the actions undertaken by the Origine France Garantie association
  • Constitution and promotion of a portfolio of industrial sites capable of hosting reindustrialisation projects as soon as possible
  • Establishment of a process of acceleration and assistance, technical and administrative, within the framework of the development of real estate operations for industrial and logistic purposes
EOL is also campaigning for
  • a sanctuary for industrial ZACs in order to accelerate the establishment of our industries
  • the negotiation of Net Zero Artificialisation (NZA) objectives for industrial projects, so as not to make the reindustrialisation of the territories impossible
"As a reference for French companies but also for politicians, this certification is a real sign of confidence. It confirms us not only in our role but also in the development strategy that we have defined for 20 years now: that of being as close as possible to the players in our regions. As a certified French company, EOL is also working towards the reindustrialisation and development of French companies", explains Laurent Sabatucci - Director of EOL. explains Laurent Sabatucci - Associate Director of EOL.

What is the Service France Garanti certification?
The Origine France Garantie association, which provides this certification, was created in June 2010 following the publication of Yves Jégo's report on the Marque France, and the "Service France Garanti" certification now takes on its full meaning.

Service France Garanti is the only certification that attests to the French origin of a product. It is cross-sectoral (all sectors combined) and indisputable (certification is compulsory and is carried out by an independent certification body). It guarantees consumers the traceability of the product by giving a clear and objective indication of origin.

Certification is obtained on the basis of two cumulative criteria that companies must meet in order to obtain it:
  • between 50% and 100% of the unit cost price is French.
  • the product takes its essential characteristics in France.
