Carlos García Redondo appointed Managing Director of Dils Spain's commercial property division

Madrid, 28 April 2026 – Dils has appointed Carlos García Redondo as Managing Director of the Commercial Property division at Dils Spain, as the company accelerates the development of its commercial platform in Spain and enters a new phase of growth.
Carlos has nearly 20 years’ experience in property investment and consultancy. Prior to joining Dils, he served as National Head of Capital Markets and was a member of the Executive Committee at CBRE Spain. He began his career at EY and KPMG and holds a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid, having also undertaken further studies at IE Business School, Esade and IESE. His appointment is intended to accelerate the development of Dils’ commercial property platform in Spain, thereby strengthening the group’s ability to offer investors and clients increasingly integrated and sophisticated solutions.
This appointment is part of Dils’ overall strategy to strengthen its presence in Spain through an integrated platform, combining the strength of its residential business with the expansion of its Commercial Real Estate Services division.
Dils Spain plans to recruit more than 50 professionals to support the expansion of its commercial business, bringing the total workforce of the Dils platform in Spain – including Dils Lucas Fox – to over 300 professionals.
Giuseppe Amitrano, founder and CEO of the Dils Group, said: “Spain is a strategic market for Dils, and we are determined to strengthen our presence through an increasingly comprehensive and specialised offering. The development of the commercial business is a key pillar of our growth strategy and reflects our ambition to continue investing in talent and long-term development in the country. Carlos combines in-depth market knowledge with solid experience in real estate investment and consultancy, and we are confident that his leadership will help position Dils as a leading commercial real estate platform in Spain.”
Carlos García Redondo, Managing Director of Commercial Real Estate at Dils Spain, said: “It is a privilege to join Dils at a pivotal moment for the real estate sector in Spain. We clearly have the opportunity to build a modern, agile and highly specialised commercial platform, capable of anticipating the needs of clients and investors and becoming a market leader, just as Dils already is in other European countries. We will focus on attracting the best talent, prioritising the most strategic market segments and drawing on a pan-European vision to create long-term value through increasingly sophisticated solutions, supported by the scale and capabilities of the entire group.”
Dils’ expansion in Spain builds on the excellent results of Dils Lucas Fox, the group’s residential platform acquired in 2025, providing the firm with a solid foundation for developing its commercial activities.
In 2025, Dils Lucas Fox recorded growth of nearly 13% in transaction volume, highlighting the strength of the platform and the momentum underpinning Dils’ wider expansion in Spain.
Madrid was one of the best-performing markets, with significant growth in both turnover and transaction volume, driven by its appeal as a destination for high-net-worth individuals. International buyers accounted for over 58% of purchasers, confirming Spain’s position as one of Europe’s most attractive property markets.
Paloma Pérez Bravo, CEO of the Residential division at Dils Lucas Fox, added: “Spain continues to strengthen its position as a key destination for international capital, supported by strong demand, a limited supply of prime assets and long-term value preservation. Our aim is to meet this demand with increasingly specialised advisory services, combining local expertise with international reach.”
The expansion of commercial property activity in Spain is part of Dils’ ongoing international growth, notably with its recent entry into France and its expansion into key European markets. With over 700 professionals and offices in major European cities, Dils continues to develop a pan-European property platform combining local expertise, innovation and integrated services.
