With nearly 16,300 sq. m. of retail space, a 1,700 sq. m. restaurant, a 70-room hotel, and an abundance of parking for 725 cars, Parenthèses is set to become THE shopping destination in the north of Paris, helping to revitalise the Val d'Oise.
Clamart: Grand Canal, a new place to live covering more than 5 hectares The complex will be set up along a canal, planted with green spaces, which will form the pathway through the future district. With a view to creating a dynamic neighbourhood, the Grand Canal project proposes a choice of shops, located on the banks of the canal but also exposed on the side of Avenue Général de Gaulle, a busy thoroughfare. The various shops have been designed to offer a diversified choice for future residents, while complementing the existing shops on Place Aimé Césaire. In total, more than 3,500 m² of retail space has been created in this new district. They are placed on either side of the canal, following the main path of the district. The project will include more than 1,450 dwellings with public facilities in order to develop internal activity in the district, but also for attractiveness beyond. The project will include - A school group, - A senior residence, - A 3-star hotel, - A public car park with 90 parking spaces to complement the existing parking facilities (Place Aimé Césaire car park) - A shopping centre.
